John Harris
Licensed trainer John Harris has been informed he will be required to attend a Disciplinary Panel hearing to consider possible breaches of the Rules of Racing relating to the horse FADHB AR BITH (IRE) and whether the gelding participated in unrecognised 鈥榝lapping鈥� meetings while in his care.
The Disciplinary Panel will consider whether or not John Harris is in breach of:
Rule (A)38.1 of the Rules of Racing in that he trained the horse FADHB AR BITH(IRE) at an unrecognised 鈥榝lapping鈥� meeting at Dingle, Co Kerry, Ireland on 7 August 2010 under the name LIBERATE PALESTINE
Rule (A)30.3.1 in that he acted in a manner prejudicial to horseracing by associating with a disqualified person, namely Gerald Faulkner.
The Disciplinary Panel Inquiry into this matter is due to be heard on Thursday 1 March 2012.
