The Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) will hold an enquiry on 3 April 2014 to determine whether Carl Llewellyn, a registered individual, has acted in breach of the following Rule of Racing:
- Is Mr Carl Llewellyn in breach of Rule (A)30 of the Rules of Racing by virtue of the fact that his comments made at 鈥淭he Hollow Bottom鈥� pub on Monday 10 March 2014 were prejudicial to the good reputation of horseracing in Great Britain?
