Result of an enquiry (SAKHEE鈥橲 ALROUND) heard by the Disciplinary Panel on Thursday 3 April
The Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) on 3 April 2014 held an enquiry into a report that SAKHEE鈥橲 ALROUND, trained by K F Clutterbuck, had refused to race in the BetBright.com Handicap Stakes at Kempton Park on 19 March 2014. The matter was referred to the BHA by the Kempton Stewards following their enquiry of the same day, as this was the second occasion that SAKHEE鈥橲 ALROUND had refused to race since having her behaviour formally considered by a Disciplinary Panel on 1 August 2013.
Noting that the filly had either refused or been reluctant to race on five occasions in the last 10 months, the Panel declared that with immediate effect no further entries would be accepted for SAKHEE鈥橲 ALROUND for Flat races started from stalls.
